You can add blank pages so that one side of certain sheets of paper are printing single sided when your document is set up for double sided printing or to insert blank pages for notes.

How to Add Blank Pages

  1. Select ‘Blank Pages’ from the product options

  2. Select the number of blank page sides you would like to add

  3. Press ‘Add’

  4. Select if you wish to ‘Insert after page number’ or ‘Insert before page number’

  5. Type the page number you wish to insert the blank page before or after

  6. If you are not happy with your change you can delete it by pressing the bin icon

  7. Press ‘Accept’ to save your changes, you can click pack in to ‘Blank Pages’ if you wish to change it or delete it

  8. You can repeat the process to add more blank pages

  9. The preview on screen will show your changes, use the arrows below the preview to look through your document or select the thumbnail view to get an overview
