Staff Print Room Tips

  1. Preview your print - Toggle between the thumbnail and spread view (in the lower left corner of your document preview, above the price, to see how your document will be laid out for printing.

  2. Use shortcuts in the thumbnail view - If you enter the thumbnail view, as above, and right click on a page you will get extra options, these can include; insert blank pages, removing pages, moving pages and changing the media type for the page selected.

  3. See how much your order will cost - The live price shown on the product page and updates as you adjust your order. You can change your order to see what options provide the best value for what you need.

  4. Get an instant overview of your order - Press ‘Review My Job’ on the top right-hand side of the product page to get summary of the options chosen.

  5. Add more than one file - you can upload more than one files when selecting from your computer by holding down shift or pressing the ‘Add more files’ button.

  6. Save a file for reprinting - When uploading your file click ‘Save To My Files’ if you wish to keep the file for future orders. You can then select from your ‘Saved Files’ to use it again.

  7. View your order history & status - Click on your account on the top of the page, this will be indicated by your name and a person icon, select the ‘Order History & Stats’ option from the drop-down menu. Now you can see your past orders, order status and place repeat jobs.

  8. Select your paper - If you want to choose a different paper to the default paper choice select ‘Media Type’. This is available on most products and lets you choose from a range of paper weights and colours. Read our guide to choosing paper.
