Lead Times

Routine orders to campus-based addresses - Orders received before 11:00 on a workday will be delivered by the end of the following day.

Routine orders to external delivery addresses - Orders received before 11:00 on a workday will be dispatched by 11:00 the following day via either Royal Mail or courier service.

Complex orders and peak periods - Deliveries may take up to 3 working days during the peak periods of September, October, January and February and for complex orders.

Delivery Charges

*Deliveries are made to the City Campus or Headingley Campus mail room and the Leeds Beckett portering team will then deliver them on to the final room location.
