Adding Special Pages

You can select pages of your print job that you would like treating differently to the rest of job. You can select pages that you would like to be printed;

  • In colour or black and white

  • At a different size, e.g. an A3 insert into an A4 booklet

  • On a different paper stock

  • Double or single sided

  • Scaled to fit or at actual size

How to Add Special Pages

  1. Select ‘Special pages’ from the product options

  2. Press ‘Add’

  3. Type in the page number ‘from’ and ‘to’ that you would like to be treated differently

  4. Tick the box to indicate if you would like the page ‘Scaled to Fit’ the paper size or would like it printing at the size it is displayed in your document. Pages are automatically scaled to fit unless specified otherwise

  5. Change the paper and paper size by selecting 'Media’, you can filter the options to find the paper size and weight you want more easily.

  6. Change to colour or black and white by selecting ‘Colour/B&W’

  7. Change to single or double sided printing by selecting ‘Sides’

  8. If you are not happy with your change you can delete it by pressing the bin icon

  9. Press ‘Save’ to save your changes, you can click pack in to ‘Special Pages’ if you wish to change it or delete it

  10. You can repeat the process to add more special pages

  11. The preview on screen will show your changes, use the arrows below the preview to look through your document or select the thumbnail view to get an overview

  12. Press ‘Review My Job’ to check your changes for special pages
