Turn around and delivery

Most online orders are completed by the next working day. This all depends on the complexity of your order and also the quantity ordered. If you have any queries or you need to expedite your order please contact us with your order number and we will try and help.

When your order is complete you will be sent an email informing you it is ready to collect or has been despatched.

We keep orders for collection for 6 months before they are securely destroyed.

If you have selected campus delivery we will aim to get your order to you as soon as we can.

Orders despatched by post, please allow a few days for delivery. If you do not receive your order please contact us via the help desk with your order number.
