Submitting a File

You can either upload your files or send/take a hardcopy to the Print & Mail Service. For all orders you will need to specify your requirements using the Staff Print Room website.

Adding your document to your order

  1. Select the product you wish to order from the relevant category

  2. Click the ‘Add Files’ button in the top left-hand corner

  3. Click:

·       ‘Upload Files’ to upload a new file or files

·       ‘Saved Files’ to select a file or files you have saved to ‘My Saved Files’

·       ‘Other’ if you need to send in a hard copy document for your order

 

Upload Files

  1. After selecting ‘Upload Files’ select your file from the window that appears

  2. Select ‘Save To My Files’ if you wish to keep the file for future orders in ‘My Saved Files’

  3. Click the ‘Upload’ button

  4. Click either to ‘Add more files’ to add additional files or the ‘Done’ button

  5. Your files are now attached to the order

Uploading to My Saved Files

  1. Click on your account on the top of the page, this will be indicated by your name and a person icon

  2. Select the ‘My Saved Files’ option from the drop-down menu

  3. Click the ‘Add Files’ button

  4. Select the file from the window that appears

  5. Click the ‘Upload’ button

  6. Click either to ‘Add More Files’ or the ‘Done’ button if you are finished

  7. Your files are now stored in the ‘My Saved Files’

Hard Copy

You can scan you hard copy documents using the iPrinters placed on campus and then upload your file as detailed above. If you are unable to scan your document the Print & Copy Bureau can provide this service for you. You will first need to place your order using the Staff Print Room website and then send/take your hardcopy document, labeled with your order number, name and email address, to:
