 Problem

Sometimes there is a problem logging into the online ordering site with your university user name

 Solution

  1. Open Chrome web browser

  2. Click the 3 dots at the top right of the window

    Click the 3 dots

  3. Open a new “incognito” window


     

  4. Copy and paste the following
    Staff - https://uolstaff.myprintdesk.net/
    Students - https://uolstudents.myprintdesk.net

  5. Try logging in again

 

There is a similar feature in Safari and other browsers, in safari open a new private window and follow from step 3 onwards
